Hi Gary,
I'd just include and number the pages so as not to disturb the
numbering, but put a note something like this on each page. [This page
contains a picture.] That way the page numbering remains intact, and a note
of why no text appears on the pages is made.

What is the policy where there's text on numbered pages which stops for
several unnumbered pages of pictures and picks up with numbered pages as if
the picture pages were numbered. Like this: numbered pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Five pages of pictures. The next numbered page is 11.
Is there a policy?
