What is the policy where there's text on numbered pages which stops for
several unnumbered pages of pictures and picks up with numbered pages as
if the picture pages were numbered. Like this: numbered pages 1, 2, 3, 4,
5. Five pages of pictures. The next numbered page is 11.
Is there a policy?
