LOL Nope, Jackie, wasn't just you. Sorry you forgot, and hope you managed to get your book back. *smile*

Warmest,
Kim

Hi,
I actually feel better now, I didn't get my notice and forgot but at
least I wasn't the only one that didn't get it. :)

Hi Kim, Tim, and everyone,

Tim--I agree that making the renewal link permanent would be a great idea,
but, alas, it requires engineering! If only we on the volunteer side were
skilled engineers! Sadly, we are not, so we must wait on the people who
actually know what they are doing.

Kim--I'm glad you remembered when your book was due and I'm sorry you didn't get your pending expiration announcement. That's very annoying but awesome
job for remembering. Hopefully this problem will be solved soon.

In other words, I think you all have wonderful and helpful ideas, but since they currently require the help of engineering, I think our best bet would be to stick this out a little bit longer until they have fixed the initial
problem. We know they are currently working to fix things, so let's see
what they come up with and then, once that happens, we'd love your feedback!

Thank you all so much for your patience and, as always, for your hard work!

PS- I talked to our tech support about fixing any jibberish in my post, so
this post should look normal. Let me know if not!
