Hi, Jim. I can only speak for the hyphenation. Yes, it would definitely be
helpful to put those words together so they appear as one word. That makes
reading much easier, whether in braille or with speech. Take care.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Repairing RFP file for submission

It turns out that my scanning with FineReader Pro requires me to export the
file with the exact match on otherwise I lose the pages. So this raises
several issues, since I want to submit a file it would be easily validated.

Question 1: the margins in the scan of our usually something like 5" by 8".
Would it be helpful to reset the margins is something like 8" by 11" page
instead?

Question 2: frequently with books there are hyphenated words at the end of
the line. This is done by printers for eye appeal in formatting books. Would
it be helpful to eliminate this hyphenation. So the words would appear with
the correct spelling as a single word and not a broken up word?
