Rui, same here.  And I agree, 95% accuracy should be considered poor.
However, I have found some books of about 97.5, maybe 98%, to be readable.
Again, though, I do believe that we should do our best to submit scans of
excellent quality which, as you said, would be 99% or above.  Take care!
