Hi, Mayrie, thanks for the help. I've corrected my document so it's less
confusing to me. Regards, Kim.

HI Kim,

Nope. When replacing section breaks with page breaks ^b goes in the
find box and ^m goes in the replace box. Also, if you're giving
instructions for someone else, and not for your own records, you need to
tell them that they want shift 6 in the number row to create the caret
followed immediately by the letters b and m (lower case) respectively.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Replacing Section breaks with page breaks

Hi, I've written down the following procedure but suspect I wrote it
incorrectly. Can you please correct any misrepresentation of the
procedure? Here's what I wrote: When using Microsoft Word, you can
replace section breaks with page breaks by doing the following:
1. Hit Ctrl+H to get into the find and replace boxes; 2. In the find
box, type caret B (shift key+6 on the numbers row); 3. in the replace
box, type caret M, then B; 4. Hit alt+A to replace all; 5. Save your
changes.
Just to be sure, do I type three characters in the replace box, caret
MB? Regards, Kim Friedman. P.S.: Appreciate if you can write soonest so
I can correct the procedure I wrote down. K.
