Mayrie;

Do we no longer have to protect page breaks?  I always tell people ^b in the 
first and ^p^m^p in the second.

I know "protections" (blank lines protecting pagination, page breaks, and 
navigation) really help me as a sighted volunteer to catch them or see 
mistakes.  I understand the tool strips the blank lines later, but the 
protection is helpful in proofreading as a sighted volunteer.

Sorry if I am confusing the issue...
