Perhaps for ease of access? Sometimes section brakes are hard to handle with in 
the bookshare app  if you don't use it I'm not sure that you know but if a 
section break is involved you can't really get two pages very easily I've not 
tried it with navigation but I know it went than normal navigation commands 
that are right with in the playback screen you can't go page by page if it's 
only section broken. At least you can't within the playback screen I've not 
tried as I said with the navigation where you go in and select the pages tab 
and try it that way but I'm not sure it would work.
