You might also want to make a quality report to Bookshare. Near the bottom of the metadata page there is a link for that and when you click it there will be a form to fill out. This will notify Bookshare of the problem and if no one else will rescan the book then Bookshare may fix the problem if it is minor or rescan it if it is major.

Why does Book 6 contain page breaks and not section breaks if booked six is supposedly direct from the publisher and of publisher quality? That one may not have been replaced with a publisher quality book yet but it seems strange. Oh if anybody is interested there is a seventh one called crucible of gold in that series. The reason the Temeraire books don't have page numbers or page breaks is that they came from electronic versions the publisher originally intended for e-readers. Many e-reader books do not have page numbers or page breaks in them. That's the way they are sold to sighted readers, so that's the way the come to Bookshare direct from the publisher.
