I have a visioneer 8100 one touch, and when I went into check the scanner type I saw on the list Visioneer 8100-8200, an chose that one. I didn't then see it actually had the 8100 type; but today when I was talking to some one from FS they suggested changing or at least looking at that, and lo and behold, there it was, Unknown Twain Visioneer 8100. Entered on that choice and the scanner is running just fine. I either just didn't look further so didn't see that choice, or maybe it wasn't there the first time, because I think I went about it a different way, choosing the scanner. Anyway, I am happy.
