Lyrics are a very valuable thing, smile!

So scan it if you can for the lyrics, smile.

Reading a book is like rewriting it for yourself. You bring to a novel, anything you read, all your experience of the world. You bring your history and you read it in your own terms. -Angela Carter, novelist and journalist (1940-1992)

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Should I scan?

I bought a childhood favorite song book, A Golden Book Christmas Carols, and
was wondering if people think I should scan it for the lyrics only. If I
scan it, I would not have time or inclination for picture descriptions,
piano arrangements or music, it would be lyrics only. I do not see it in
the collection, but it is copyrighted and all that.

Let me know...
Valerie
