It is the same everywhere. In Boston it took convincing and here in PA it does too, smile. It isn't just the rural or the city, is everywhere. Believe it or not, I cannot get these rural Mississippi parents to read withtheir kids, let alone use a computer with them. I have only converted a half a dozen teachers to BookShare and its FREE!
