Hi Jill, Yes, I enlarge the title to 18 and bold it. This assumes that the book has title, and chapters only. If there is a book title, sections and chapters within sections, I enlarge the title to 20, sections to 18, and chapters to 16, and for the sake of completeness, if there are sections within chapters that are titled, I enlarge those to 14. All this is assuming that the font of the text in the book has been set at 12. Hope that helps.
