Hi, Tiffany. I believe RTF is preferred. That's the one that saves formatting, and that is always the format they want you to convert the books into if you download a book to validate that's in either KES or ARK. I've never downloaded anything in plain TXT format so didn't know they wanted that format to remain unchanged, but anyway, RTF is preferred. Take care.
