Hi, Tiffany and Satauna! Tiffany, as Elizabeth said, RTF is the preferred format, and most of the time, your scans will be validated much quicker. Satauna, I would think that it's just a matter of submitters not being aware of the preferred format for submissions. Possibly, some people submit txct files because they don't have the software to convert to rtf?
