If I recall correctly, your initial submissions to BookShare were mailed
in on a CD and someone in the office had to either upload them to the Step
1 page or they were validated in-house.
If that is the case, as you never actually uploaded them yourself to the
system, they technically never got credited tO
YOUR ACCOUNT. oNE OF THE ANOMALIES OF THE bOOKSHARE SYSTEM, i GUESS!
