Hi Dave,

Thanks very much. I had actually tried to do the change for affecting the computer not just for one user. I have now done the change for a user and now I do not get that darned dialog.

Was it the reg fix for individual users you tried?
If so the value should be set to 0.
Did you try restarting your system after the change?
