Hi Jackie,

How about her cookies under "privacy"?  There is an option that says, 
"cookies override managed sites" or it may be the reverse.  Anyway, you can 
check or uncheck this setting.

It's i e 6, she's at the lowest security level.  Something in her i e
seems to be broken.  I feel terrible I messed her up.  I'm still
working w/it but it appears that her security settings are for some
reason being ignored.
