Misha and Gail; I was able to answer earlier questions easily, but this one is a mess up f some kind. If Gail can get you the ISBN that would be a lifesaver. The Cub fan comment was from the Afterword and the other near the end of the book; it is like pages got scrambled. Hopefully you can help her Misha!
