I work for a hospital. There are a whole list of accident codes for every
possible thing, seems like. "Hit by rock. Hit by steel bar. hit by
meteor." No reading-related accidents in the whole lot. ("shocked by
sex? Nope, not there.)
I do like to be warned about extreme violence, though. I think the VAT
idea of a few checkboxes is a pretty good one.
