Nolan,
I just wanted to thankk you for submitting this book. I validated it today, and though I replaced single quotes with apostrophes, fixed hyphens, and a few scanning errors, it was really an excellent scan. I was able to get the error rate to .13 percent. All graphical noise was removed, and I only found a few backslashes to take care of as far as misplaced punctuation.

If you want a book to work on, you shouldn't have too much of a hard time with Quicksilver, Vol. 1 by Neal Stephenson. Its about 1000 pages, long I know, but I did a lot of checking. The author has a lot of names in lower case which is annoying, but otherwise, things seemed to be ok. You're welcome to it :).

ALl the best and congratulations on a great scan.
