You should convert all other file types to rtf prior to uploading for
acceptance except txt. Txt files are required to be resubmitted from the
validation step as txt again. This is one of those mysteries of the
universe that has never adequately been explained.

Hello list, Please correct me if I am wrong. I thought that the first thing you were supposed to do was change the file to RTF. Why would you not be able to upload an txt file converted to RTF?
