Hi, Shannon! Okay, here's where it gets a little confusing. <Smile> You
are supposed to change the format to RTF before uploading, except in the
case of a text file. Text files have to be uploaded as text files. You
can't upload them as RTF files. Hope this is as clear as mud! <LOL>
