According to the Library of Congress catalog and my
library's catalog the copyright date is 2002, and the
publisher seems to be the copyright holder: Toronto :
ECW Press, c2002.
Is that what your copyright page seems to say? Amazon
lets me look inside the book but not at the copyright
page, and it's not listed at the govt.copyright site,
nor does Barnes & Noble let me look inside the book.
