Interestingly enough, though, when I answered the email asking about how to contact the book stealer I copied the person's name from the send mail link in the history page and placed it into my email and when I read that email on list both the name of that person and the email address was there.

is a link to the book history. On that page you can always find
the e-mail address for folks who have worked on any particular book.
