On the book information page, just below the "reading tools" link is a link
to the book history.  On that page you can always find the e-mail address
for folks who have worked on any particular book.

Thanks, Roger.  I didn't see that information in the "Book Information" page
for the book.  I did find a name, but not the e-mail on "My Scans in
Process," so thanks for the e-mail.
