Jill,
It is a large block to cut. So try and be patient. When finishing cutting,
Kurzweill will announce how many pages it has cut out. It may take up to 20
seconds. If it takes any longer than that, your system is doing something
strange.

I have tried this three times and each time after using the control-x I lose
speech and the program no longer responds. Do you or anyone else have any
suggestions. Do you suppose this is just too many pages to try to delete?
