You're probably running into the slowness of Bookshare's site. Many times, whatever one does, it takes several minutes for a process to complete, which appears as being "frozen," but isn't. Try walking away after you submit for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and see if it goes through.

Hello, this is Aidee again. I just have a really quick question. Have any of you had trouble reporting a book quality issue, particularly on the Braillenote? I've tried it both on an Mpower (version 7.5) and on an Apex. On all occasions, once I hit the submit button, nothing happens--it freezes on the Apex and then the text input boxes just disappear altogether. My friends and I haven't been able to figure out what it is, and when I reported this problem last summer, Bookshare basically said that there was no such problem and that it should work on an Apex.
