Hi.
When I submitted a book quality report on my computer, it always said "edit
unavailable" afterwards. To me, it didn't look like it went through but it
did; Bookshare just didn't tell me that it did.
There's a link that'll let you see all the book quality reports. If leaving
it alone for five minutes doesn't seem to work, try seeing if it was
submitted without confirmation.
Good luck.
Christina

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] book quality report

Hello, this is Aidee again. I just have a really quick question.
Have any of you had trouble reporting a book quality issue,
particularly on the Braillenote? I've tried it both on an Mpower
(version 7.5) and on an Apex. On all occasions, once I hit the
submit button, nothing happens--it freezes on the Apex and then
the text input boxes just disappear altogether. My friends and I
haven't been able to figure out what it is, and when I reported
this problem last summer, Bookshare basically said that there was
no such problem and that it should work on an Apex. Anyway, just
wondering. Thank you!

Regards,
Aidee
