Well here goes.  smile.  This book is not coompletely edited.  If it is too 
bad, reject it, and I will work on it when I have the time.  Though it did 
receive a 99.16 rating by Kurzweil and that is with a lot of the scientists 
names still in and the chemical names still not ignored.

Bill Zimmerman, Ph.D. received his doctorate in neuropsychology from the 
University of Chicago in 1967 and then served on the faculty there and at 
Brooklyn College. He held research fellowships from the U.S. Public Health 
Service and the City University of New York. More recently, he managed the 
successful 1996 Proposition 215 Campaign in California, the first time a 
state voted to authorize the medical use of marijuana. He is currently the 
Director of Americans for Medical Rights which is working to place similar 
voter initiatives on ballots across the country.



Rick Bayer, M.D. earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri 
at Kansas City in 1978 and received postgraduate training at Oregon Health 
Sciences University in Portland.



Nancy Crumpacker, M.D. received her medical degree from the University of 
Kansas in 1975 and did postgraduate training in medical oncology at Oregon 
Health Sciences University in Portland.
