I wonder if we simply need more validators to get books moving through step 1 more quickly. It is not so much a problem as a sense I have that it takes a scanned book a while to get off step 1 in some cases. Perhaps if we just had a bigger pool of validators we would represent more widespread interests or just have more time or something. (grin)
