True enough. But I think she wants to try to find a way of not having such books appear in the first place, though, so as to use her time validating books that are more likely to be of higher quality and so make it into the collection.

Seems to me that one could download a book and discover pretty quickly that this was a problem. The book I rejected I didn't take very long to determine that it was a problem and rejected it.
