The geeky answer is that the two sections are loaded in slightly different
sections of the server. The flattering answer is that the discussion list has
begun asking "Advanced Placement" questions that are not covered in the
published portion of the manual. We had to point you all to some of the "extra
credit" material!
You might recall that last winter I began mentioning that we were working make
it easier for all volunteers to sharpen new skills. Working with some senior
volunteers we wrote new manual sections and job help sheets to roll out as the
need arose.
Congratulations! As we say around the office, "The reward for your good work is
that you now get more work."
Seriously, the way this community has adjusted to the many workflow, quality
standard, and policy changes of the part year is something to celebrate. The
way you continue to welcome and mentor new volunteers is impressive even while
individually taking on challenges to tackle more difficult books.

I can see them with the links, but it I go to the manual itself and click on
section 4.9, I only see A thru D.
Does anybody else have this issue??

I am having all sorts of trouble finding stuff in the manual but for
whatever reason I COULD find 4.8 Y lol I have no idea how, by the
way.
