That sounds good in theory, but our antiquated braille translator will not render italics.

Cindy,Let me clarify. Titles that are in all caps in print should be in all caps in braille. I think that where the rule of switching case does apply is when a whole paragraph is written that way. In a manual, if a safety concern is expressed, this is often done. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHILE TAKING A BATH OR WHILE DROWSY. That looks awkward. An alternative is to put it in italics.
