Cindy,Let me clarify. Titles that are in all caps in print should be in all caps in braille. I think that where the rule of switching case does apply is when a whole paragraph is written that way. In a manual, if a safety concern is expressed, this is often done. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHILE TAKING A BATH OR WHILE DROWSY. That looks awkward. An alternative is to put it in italics. That puts two marks at the beginning and one before the last word.
