[bksvol-discuss] file format

I've edited the book "Be Joyful" and it's ready for uploading. Because I
know and like the book, I literally went through it line by line and even
word per word in many places. Because the page numbers are all there, I was
able to fix all the page breaks and account for all 140 pages. This book was
originally submitted as txt but now that I've done so much formatting, I
have to submit it as an rtf. The guideline says we can do this. On the
upload page however, on that combo-box, there is only one choice, that is
the txt file format. How can I upload this then?
