Hi Ann,
I'm sorry I didn't get to reading this till now, and I should, since I
scanned the book. Print pages, that is, the story, start where the first
chapter starts. The page numbers were at the bottom of every page. I'm not
sure if you changed anything in proofing the book, but I think the first
real page of text was page 9 of what is your word document, give or take a
page.
