First, I think the comments you are seeing means that the book has been accepted and is being converted,but you will (eventually) receive a notice that it has been accepted, and if it isn't because of any problems you will receive a notice to that effect and will be told what needs to be fixed; If you want assurance, on the volunteer home page click on Books in Process and then on waiting Approval (or is that where you found the comments you list. Second: When I proof (with Word) I go to Format and set the paragraph to no indentations I also set line spacing to at least 12 point, but that's only because sometimes otherwise some letters or words are difficult to read; (I'm sighted).
