I do not remember her being introduced to us on the list either.  If these 
people are going to write to the list, it seems they should first introduce 
themselves by telling us the info you have requested.  I had never heard of 
Julie Carpenter either.

Nicole, Have you been introduced to us? When I started to write the address 
I see I have in my address book Nicole for Pavi, so I guess the answer is 
yes. But I see that below you say you're part of the Volunteeer program. 
Whatever you are, welcome.   Have you replaced Pavi, or Rick? I may have 
missed the announcement of your coming on board, or forgotten  Whatever, 
you're welcome; you have a polite and calming way of writing.
Please let us (or me, if I'm the only one who doesn't know) you're position 
and whenyuou joined bookshare/benetech.
