Nicole, Have you been introduced to us? When I started to write the address I 
see I have in my address book Nicole for Pavi, so I guess the answer is yes. 
But I see that below you say you're part of the Volunteeer program. Whatever 
you are, welcome.   Have you replaced Pavi, or Rick? I may have missed the 
announcement of your coming on board, or forgotten  Whatever, you're welcome; 
you have a polite and calming way of writing.
Please let us (or me, if I'm the only one who doesn't know) you're position and 
whenyuou joined bookshare/benetech.
