I've tried to do that, and then, Kurzy will say something about there being 
invalid page numbers, and show me a blank document.

Sue the easiest way for me to load a file into kurzweil when the file
is in a non kes format is to do the following.

Be on the file name.
hit the context key. arrow up to "open with and choose kurzweil.
