Actually that is a windows command and will work with either jaws or
windoweyes but thanks.

Hi E, There is a nice convenient JAWS command that will help with this. What you do is go to the Step 2 page, and when you get to the renew link just hit shift-enter instead of enter by itself. That will cause the new page to come up as a separate window so your step 2 page is still there. Then you can just close the thank-you page and hit renew on the next book. In fact, you don't even need to wait for the thank-you page to load before you hit the next renew link. Hth, Kellie
