Probably mold. There is, for me, this distinctive "mold headache" which is
sort of low level and all over my head. I do not actually have it now but
do in the autumn sometimes when there are a lot of wet moldy leaves
around. Good luck. This too shall pass.
I have also spent much of the week dealing with bureaucrats and the
particular forms of insanity to which they are prone. All seem to be crazy
in a way which I hope is astrological in nature so it will also pass soon.
Sometimes the best thing to do is give up at present and hope something
changes tomorrow and realize that I personally have little or nothing to do
with the present situation.
