Hi Jackie. Do you know how to do this in Outlook? Not Express. I'm using Outlook 2003, and I'm still searching for the way to do it for an individual contact. I've been in the Address Book and the Contacts page. I am sure I'm missing something really obvious and equally obscure. I'm happy to switch to sending plain text emails for lists. I can't just switch to sending plain text with everyone since I often have to use headings, tables, and fonts in my work emails.
