You can insert them with a word processor as you're cleaning up the book
prior to submitting it.  You'll have to tell us which word processor you use
though if you need more detailed help.

I forgot to save the book I'm scanning with page breaks. Short of rescanning
the book, is there a way to insert page breaks? I don't have the tif images
anymore.
