Thanks for the quick reply, Mayrie! If the tool cannot handle unique pagination, would you then make a note on the TOC that the tools changed page numbers and bracket the new ones? I suspected what you are saying was true, just want to ensure peopel learning to navigate with book tools can do it more easily. Thanks!
