[bksvol-discuss] Re: planning to scan for all us music fans out there, especially Rush fans

If you leave in the music, it would appear as garbage-text to the reader. I
don't think there is a way to leave in the music without causing alot of
confusion. The text would be an interesting read.

Well, could you read the print music even if it did come through? If I was
working with it with regard to papers, etc., I would still purchase the book
and get a reader to go over the music with me.

I'd like to take a look at them Carrie if no one else takes an interest.
I'm interested in them anyway, for sure. It's too bad the music won't come
through, but maybe there'll be enough there without having to read the music to
get some benefits out of the books. They sound interesting. Whenever you can
spare the time, if you can put them up I'd for sure validate them, or at least
part of them ... smile.

Speaking of music, a classical pianist gave us a load of books several
years ago, and in his collection are maybe 20-30 books on classical music and
composers. Does anyone want me to process them and submit them to the download
list? I didn't think there were many members who were classical music fans so
I haven't touched them yet. The bars of music will certainly be unreadable,
but the text should be okay. What do you think?

That one about why we like certain songs as opposed to others looks

interesting. Hopefully I'll have a vacancy by then so I'll be able to
grab

it. I'm majoring in music so it looks like an interesting read.
