[bksvol-discuss] reject vs not accepted

I've noticed that the notes we get when the books
aren't accepted have been rewritten. Now they say that
our books haven't been accepted, rather than that they
are rejected, and I think that's much kinder and nicer
. I, at least, feel better learning that than the
other. smile. Also, they seem to try to explain why,
which, of course, only helps if the validator has said
why--but at least the effort is made.
I think whoever it was who had the idea and revised
the rejection notice should receive thanks and a
plaudit.
