Laurel, digest is not intended for active contributors, but only for those who whnt to follow th discussion without interveening. As such, it does not have an easy way to interact with it. If you really want to reply to a digest, copy/past the relevant portion of the digest in a new note and copy/paste the relevant subject line in the subject of the new note. Good luck! Guido Guido D. Using digest, how could I respond to a specific posting when all the messages are in one e-mail? (These are the postings that show up with "Re:" in the subject line followed by the original subject.) Could I highlight the posting I want to respond to and then send a reply e-mail posting to bksvol-discuss or would this send *all* the postings from my digest list? Should I strip out all the postings I do not want and then send a reply e-mail with only the posting I want left from the original digest e-mail? Is this even possible or do I need to send a new message each time I want to post to bksvol-discuss? I hope this posting is not too confusing... Laurel
