Hi Mary! Tried that already but no go. I also tried importing an original
rtf into Kurzweil, saving it still as an rtf but still it wouldn't work.
It's weird ha? I mean, if wordpad and word can open the rtf from Kurzweil
then, indeed, it is a real rtf. Maybe the automatic checker at bookshare is
just a little on the finicky side? grin.

Hi Vic,
Try removing layout info from the kes file before you safe it to rtf and see
if that helps. That is found in the utilities submenu of the file menu.
