Hi Mary! Tried that already but no go. I also tried importing an original rtf into Kurzweil, saving it still as an rtf but still it wouldn't work. It's weird ha? I mean, if wordpad and word can open the rtf from Kurzweil then, indeed, it is a real rtf.
